It looks like it anyhow.
[She can't help but hesitate a moment. It's not something she's keeping secret here but whew, she's had to explain basic concepts to a lot of people.]
My parents were pureblood vampires. So am I. He wasn't and when he was turned the power sort of. Got to him. And he wanted more of it.
