[ Vax and Law are sitting on a bench outside in a pleasant looking park area. For those who haven't seen him before, Vax'ildan is a handsome half-elf with dark brown hair that goes past his shoulders. He wears a set of brown leather armor with a mantle of black feathers on the shoulders of his cape. Law, on the other hand, looks like he could use a nap. His black hair peaks out beneath a white, fuzzy hat with black spots. His arms are crossed over his chest, his expression cool, his nodachi leaning against the bench at his side.
Vax clears his throat and begins by explaining, ]
So, to get some parts for our team's car, we're having a dumbass debate about whether or not you should stare at the sun. I lost a coin flip, so I'm going to say, yeah, take a gander at the sun now and again. You'll get your daily dose of vitamins.
[Law sighs, rolling his eyes.]
You get vitamin D from staying outside, sure, but staring at the sun can cause irreparable harm to your vision even if it's just staring at it for a few seconds. You could go blind.
[ Vax gives Law a look. It wasn't Vax's choice to argue this stupid side of the debate. ]
Then wear protective glasses, and you can marvel at the universe.
Sunglasses don't protect your eyes completely if you decide to stare directly at the sun.
[This whole debate was frustratingly pointless, but they needed to do it for those parts the others requested. It's probably apparent that Law's arguments, while solid (and correct), are half-heartedly said. Vax’s replies are not very different, but there it is. A debate, in public. Can they have their damn car parts now?]
