There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:

Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya!
Other characters can be prompted to fill out their friends' profiles for them. This includes the Q&A section!
Alternatively, they choose not to fill out the form, and it remains unfilled! These unfilled profiles will not be posted live.
Characters either like or dislike others CHIRPER profiles. These responses are private between the characters involved.

For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER toplevels are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.

[ Being perceived is differently than people having an idea about him, anyway. Vincent did think of being a manipulator and hide who he was, but the thought tired him. It's best people have an idea who he is and then he can subvert it every so often. The image he's been cultivating: "a bad man who does good things." That's easier than a "good man who does bad things." It's been allowing him to live a quiet and peaceful life, so he says. ]

I've been busying myself building a church but I feel if I announce its completion that it is going to upset some people. As religion is wont to do.

I feel like that is a small detail in the greater scheme of things. There are people here who have committed far worse crimes than opening a church.
