There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:

Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya!
Other characters can be prompted to fill out their friends' profiles for them. This includes the Q&A section!
Alternatively, they choose not to fill out the form, and it remains unfilled! These unfilled profiles will not be posted live.
Characters either like or dislike others CHIRPER profiles. These responses are private between the characters involved.

For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER toplevels are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.

Pretend I’ve never heard of it before and explain magic.

Magic or the arcane back home is a naturally occurring phenomenon in Runeterra. Only a few are born to possess the means of wielding it from birth, and even then, some who are touched by the arcane do not know that they are.

I have come to realize that there are variations of runes and wild runes within my world as well. Runes, for example, are controlled by the input of a singular function. Whereas Wild Runes, however, are naturally born of the world and entirely separate, unable to be contained. Wild Runes are unexpected, unpredictable responses that are generated from attempts to control and bind the arcane. They manifest as uncontrolled magic. They appear where the boundary between the physical realm and the arcane realm is the thinnest.
