There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:

Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya!
Other characters can be prompted to fill out their friends' profiles for them. This includes the Q&A section!
Alternatively, they choose not to fill out the form, and it remains unfilled! These unfilled profiles will not be posted live.
Characters either like or dislike others CHIRPER profiles. These responses are private between the characters involved.

For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER toplevels are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.

[Oh, he knows it's not. But he also knows how to cover his tracks. He kept those arcane crystals a secret for years, he can destroy any "dangerous" notes about his work in minutes if he needs to, and recall it later.]

He's also going to bring his own tea with him, because his expectations are abysmal. But he's still going, which is not something he'd ever do if he didn't sincerely want to help Jayce. He's taken plenty of cover identities before, played many parts, but his least favorite of all is when he plays a deceitful, villainous role. And now that he has a good idea about Jayce's motives in regards to helping Viktor... ]

Thank you. I do in fact intend to assist with your endeavors. If you're interested in expediency rather than learning how to do it yourself, I'll need a steady supply of sencha and someone to remind me when to eat. And, I think, a greater measure of trust than previously afforded.
