There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:

Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya!
Other characters can be prompted to fill out their friends' profiles for them. This includes the Q&A section!
Alternatively, they choose not to fill out the form, and it remains unfilled! These unfilled profiles will not be posted live.
Characters either like or dislike others CHIRPER profiles. These responses are private between the characters involved.

For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER toplevels are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.

I find that remarkably unconvincing. That danger is routine does not mean I care less about it. I couldn't speak for Mr. Talis, but please take precautions suitable for experimental nuclear fission.

Oof, nuclear fission IS a lot.
I've got a tiny bit of experience with arc reactors, but nowhere near like Mr. Stark did.
But I'll be really careful. Scout's honor!

Thank you. Dare I ask what an arc reactor is?

It's a liiiittle complicated and I'm still not totally familiarized with the tech, but it's basically a self-sustaining power source that Mr. Stark perfected way back when. He had to synthesize an entirely new element for it too. Like, he would not stop mentioning how he wanted to patent it as 'Badassium' but it kept falling through.

I know just one the size of a fist can power a whole power plant, no problem.
