CHIRPER
Welcome to our bi-monthly CHIRPER post!

There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:

Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya, or by other characters on behalf of their friends! This includes the Q&A section.
Characters can either like ✅ or dislike ❌ others' CHIRPER profiles. These responses are public.
This is voluntary on an OOC basis; if the character doesn't have a profile completed by themselves or anyone else, nothing shows up for them on CHIRPER.
For those who do post a top level, profiles are worth 5 extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These 5 extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.

Q: If you could visit the home world of someone you've met here, whose would it be?
A: Probably Carver and Bossie's world, for the purposes of murder.

Q: Can you share an experience where you formed an alliance—or a rivalry—during your time here?
A: Yes! She can! She was great at alliance-making during the last mission; she ended up liking all her teammates, only made fun of them sometimes, and even told one of them that she could kill her if it was necessary for the success of the mission! Shaw's pretty good at teammwork when she wants to be, so I guess she wanted to be this time! Hurray!

Q: What would you say is your biggest fear, and how do you face it?
A: She's still sort of scared that she's stuck in a simulation, especially since the fog, but she's also kind of numb to the idea at this point. If you see her sitting on the trolley staring at nothing or if she doesn't leave her apartment for three days, that would be why!

Q: Do you have any personal traditions or hobbies that help you feel more at home?
A: She likes target practice, being assigned interesting tasks, playing with her dog, and eating comfort food. And watching satirical movies. Especially stupid ones.

A: Everyone's, if possible. Those my new friends are from, so I can better understand them.

A: I have never had a vacation to my knowledge, but I will take suggestions if I ever do have one.

Q: Have you learned any new skills since coming to Etraya, or are you interested in learning any?
A: Yes: Manipulating this system. I am still struggling, but I have had very good instruction. Please forgive any mistakes on my regard as I learn.

Q: Which Zodiac animal are you?
A: I do not know, but they all seem lovely in their own rights. There may be a system in one of the religious structures similar to this where I am from, but I am unfamiliar with them. It is something I will have to ask my friend Ardul of.

A: Painting. Here, I feel like the ground is constantly changing beneath my feet. We all share that feeling, I suppose. But for a moment, as I paint, I find order among the chaos.

A: Ignore colleagues from work.

Q: What has surprised you most about Etraya’s culture or technology?
A: The constructs scattered throughout the city cook our meals and deliver our coffee. Many claim that such artificial beings cannot create true art. Does that make the works they create meaningless?

Q: If you could bring back just one thing from your home world, what would it be—and why?
A: My wife. There are plenty of us who miss our loved ones, and I miss her dearly. It would be nice to feel my heart beat again.

[It takes a couple minutes before a response is sent her way, mostly because Arthur doesn't like wearing the earpiece if he can help it. So it isn't until he decides to investigate the buzzing from his satchel that he finally replies, and that's after trying to understand the UI of the network.

His mood isn't the greatest, especially seeing what has been posted about him, but that's hardly this B.Gordon's fault.]

A: My family used to ski, when the world was kinder. I do still miss it.

A: Technology here is far beyond yet the wildest dreams of my world, and begets a kind of convenience that makes one into a fat cat. I quite like it.

A: I would like to imagine myself as a dragon, or perhaps a rooster. The notion of being a beast able to fly is more appealing than anything else.

Q: How do you personally feel about being asked to prove your world’s worth?
A: I don't know. I mean. I know as a group, we've done some amazing things. My friends. But me specifically? I'm still not sure. That I can do this myself. But I guess that's why I'm relieved to have Percy and Vax here, too.

Q: What would you say is your biggest fear, and how do you face it?
A: My biggest fear? That's. I guess. Knowing that I'll outlive everyone else, my friends. I'm still working on that. But I've decided to try and just focus on the now. Make the most of the time I do get. Just because I know it will hurt later, doesn't mean I can't try to be happy in the meantime?

Q: Have you learned any new skills since coming to Etraya, or are you interested in learning any?
A: Well, maybe here I can figure learning more healing? And about technology. We don't have anything like these things back home.

A: I guess, allies. Friends. I mean. We all want our homes to be saved, right? So. Working together makes sense.

A: Almost two years in, I still feel like I might not be the right person to bring here to prove that my world is worth saving, but I've just been doing my best despite that.

A: I met someone in Auriel that showed me how to shoot a bow, and that was kind of fun. I wouldn't mind learning more things like that.
