[Making his video debut and totally not someone who posted earlier in the year as a civilian is Red Hood. His helmet may look familiar for those who saw Robin's video post earlier in the week, and maybe even more so his whole outfit might be familiar because of how Red Hood charged in to grab back his stuff.
But in any case, he's recording somewhere in Nova City and at the top of some concrete stairs. At the bottom is a short landing before there are more stairs leading to a narrow street and an obstacle course made of heavy planters, construction barricades, and other bits of random debris]
The name's Red Hood. Like Robin said earlier this week, I can help out with training if anyone needs it. I've gotten far without having powers and it’s handy to know self-defense, especially if you get handicapped by one of these missions.
I can also teach parkour if anyone’s interested. I know someone's already offered to teach some fancy jumping. This one’s more about if you gotta do more than just one good jump to get away.
[To demonstrate, Jason jumps and slides down the handrail of the first set of stairs. What follows next is a series of leaps and backflips to get down the street and over the obstacles he had set up for himself. He makes good use of the walls and concrete to launch himself as necessary. Finally at the end of the obstacle course he resumes talking]
Shoot me a message if you’re interested and we’ll set something up.
Also, yes. I did get back my gun too.
[Jason pulls out the same gun he had snatched back from Robin and fires it at one of the barricades]
So yeah. Let me know if you want help on something.

On the other hand, and I realize it's a fool's errand to game out the responses of a figure we've only seen the writings of but
We're operating from our shared personal knowledge that we've had hard missions, and hard missions are in the nebulous future. So therefore, starting while things are quiet, Etrayans should train and prepare. Well and good!
But what if this in turn prompts the assignment of those missions that require self-defense or combat or violence? Aurora is sending data back out to Echo, and we know Echo sends out clusters of missions that she can rearrange the order of and delay to a point. She might send out one of these days: "X% of the current population is" I don't know "capable with firearms".
And this is the huge conjecture that Echo's response will be to slide more missions that require that level of firepower into the clusters, where it'll be harder for Aurora to deflect them. It's really... chicken/egg. "There are hard missions, so we should train harder." <=>"They've trained hard, let's give them harder missions."

[ He rubs the back of his neck with a laugh. Junpei can take a whole lot of damage before he calls it quits. And it's not like he's got brains to protect or anything. ]
But, dude. I'd be so down to just watch you flip around like that even if ya couldn't teach me anything.
