I cannot completely agree with that because I know him as a whole person and not a singular concept, but I get what you are saying.

Anyway.
I still say you should forget the role assignments, they are arbitrary.
If someone tries to hold their "position" above you... punch them, problem solved.
Or maybe more problems created.
Do not take my advice, I am bad at it.
