[OOC: CW: Broken bones, poison, stabbing and general injuries might be mentioned throughout this thread.]
[Daisy knows she's supposed to be resting, but how can she when the person who attacked her is still out there? Her voice is weak, but the anger is there all the same.]
I was attacked last night. Whoever it is, they're still out there.
[She says to start, swallowing thickly as another wave of pain washes over her.]
I don't have a good description on them, other than they had some sort of metal suit and carried a staff.

[Daisy explains, the frustration evident in her voice. She's been trying to remember more details, but so far nothing new has sprang to mind.]

It happened so fast, and I wasn't really with it. They knocked me on the back of the head.
[She does remember something though...]
They never spoke. The entire time, they didn't say a word.

( by which he means, not helpful at all. )

[Daisy says dryly, not in the mood for their sarcasm.]

[Daisy says dully. Despite her injuries, she still has it in her to be rude to him.]
Tried to kill me.
no subject
Is she being rude? He must've missed it.]
Do you know why?
no subject
No clue, but most people don’t usually explain why they’re going to kill you.

Are you okay? How badly were you hurt?
no subject
[She admits, the exhaustion and pain obvious in her voice.]
They tried to kill me by poisoning me.
no subject
Did they actually manage to dose you? I'm not sure what the hospital has in terms of anti-toxins, but I can go look.
no subject
[Whatever it was, it hurt. Or maybe that was solely from the blade that had been rammed into her shoulder.]
Whatever it was, it was on the blade they stabbed me with.
[Daisy smiles sadly, even if she can’t see it.]
I appreciate it, but I’m being looked after already.
no subject
Okay, good. I'm glad. The offer stands, whenever needed.
( but daisy is self proclaimed looked after, so they can move onto another topic. one that's been itching at the back of her throat since the mention of metal suit. )
Can you tell me more about the suit that guy was wearing?
( and yeah, it's guy not person because clarke already has an inkling... )
no subject
[Daisy says, sincerity in her tone. Despite having talked about this already, it’s still difficult for her to think about. Which is why it takes her a moment to answer her question.]
I didn’t see much of them, it happened fast. But they were in some sort of metal suit. Hard to make out the colors because it was dark out.
[Daisy realizes that Clarke says ‘guy’ rather than person.]
Do you know who it was?

Did they carry any weapons besides the staff?
no subject
A blade with some kind of poison on it.

You were attacked? Are you okay?

Been better, but I’m alive.
[Thanks to Joric.]

Been better leaves a lot of room for improvement if you have a really low bar for worse. I know a fair amount of first aid if the bots won't help you.
no subject
I appreciate it, but I'm being looked after.
[Quite literally too, Joric hasn't left her side since she woke up here.]
But whoever it is, they're still out there. You need to be careful.
no subject
And don't worry, I've got it covered. I pull the bookshelf behind the apartment door when I'm in inside.
