I will keep this simple: do the following planets sound familiar to you? Naboo, Tatooine, Coruscant, Geonosis? There are many, many others in the galaxy I call home. I believe those are the most well-known in my time anyway.

If I give a list of the unrepresented planets, do you think I could represent them too? Can one or two people stand for a whole galaxy?

I hope so. Their voices can't be heard, their faces can't be seen, but each life deserves a chance.

[Well, that's something he does not want people to know.]

I don't know what you're talking about. I think you're mistaking me for someone else.

[And then he's vaulting off to find her in person to make sure she responds appropriately.]

(She has a pit in her stomach, the same sort of pit she usually has when she knows she has upset him. She sees no reason for him to be ashamed of Tatooine, but she acknowledges that she isn’t him. He has gone through so much; it really isn’t fair. Thus when she sees him, she immediately says:)

I’m sorry; I misspoke. I don’t think it will mean anything to anyone else, but I shouldn’t have made that association out loud.

[He's immediately taking her hands into his.]

My love, I would forgive you anything. I just think it's safer not offering too much to others. We don't know who could be listening and considering the reason why we're here I want to keep you safe.

[He doesn't want to talk about why Tatooine is a touchy subject, especially not when she would already know why so he's changing the angle on it.]

(The tension eases and she grips his hands, tipping her head to look into his eyes.)

You're right. I won't say anything more about our attachments. Not yours, anyway. I don't mind them knowing about mine.

(She has lived in the spotlight her whole life. He really is one of her biggest secrets - and now...)

Do you remember when our secrets were passed around? A young woman named Mal found out about our marriage. She is a Jedi, Ani, and she told me that marriages are supported among the Jedi in the future.

[That sounds utterly impossible. Anakin does actually understand why the rule is in place even if he thinks he can handle it.]

And you believe her?

[He can't see it happening unless something went horribly wrong, but he's not going to dash her hopes.]

I hope the galaxy rewards your faith.

(She suspects that...it does. Go horribly wrong, that is. But she doesn't know if that refers to them. Her stomach gives another lurch and she lays her hands on his chest.)

The galaxy has already given me everything I've ever wanted.

And I promise I'll keep it that way.

It's not all on your shoulders, Ani. (She kisses his cheek.) I will fight to keep what we have too.

I haven't heard of any of those planets, either. We must be from different galaxies.

There's no harm in asking. Are you sure it's per world? I know Aurora said world, but I thought she said universe, too. Like they're interchangeable to her.

I suppose one world could be someone's whole universe. Until it is clarified, I make no assumptions.
