I mean, I'm just going off of vibes here, but:

- Caitlyn [LAST NAME]
- Young, probably less than 25.
- Law enforcement of some kind.
- Well-bred. Just from your typing style, you seem like you're the upper-crust, educated type.
- Pretty young for a cop, so maybe you're from a world where people have a shorter life expectancy. More likely, you've got nepotism on your side. Friends in high places. That sorta thing.
- Stubborn. Hopeful.
- Idealistic.

In this hypothetical scenario, I wouldn't tell you what I've learned because I'm a bad guy. I want to keep all the info to myself. You know? Have a leg up over everyone else.

Pooling our information will better serve everyone in the long run. If we're all hoarding everything we know, we may each be missing valuable pieces of the puzzle. Together, we can get to the bottom of this much more efficiently.

This place might have more bad actors than you're used to.

What would anyone gain from hoarding information when it would only be detrimental to their goals? Why would even the worst bad actor do something like that?
