Has anybody gotten sick here? Like the plague or the measles or that one disease where you cough up blood?

Just kind of wondering what happens if that happens. We got a doctor on call or we're relying on the robots?

i won't. there's no one pushing me. i had a lot more schoolwork back home

but i have tips if you want to start learning something. like from books? i had to find a system to help me remember everything. highlights help a lot. and making bullet points. and showing examples

how do you make it interesting? i think that's my biggest struggle. seems like i'm a hands on learner.

well... i had to learn equations for mathematics so to start with i used books to get down to basics. and videos online. i got the system down and did exercises that had the answers so i had something to go off

and then i started applying it to what i wanted it for. so measurements, mass calculations, thinking about velocity...

school helped me to keep applying it and pushed me. i got ideas for small things i wanted to make. or i had projects i had to do and i had to aim to get them good enough to get a pass.

but just doing it is fun too. i had to learn to break everything down because artificing is a lot about getting the right calculations but i guess it matters what you're into?

apparently I'm from a time before most of you. No idea how you even find videos online. but that seems easier than reading anything.

Anyway you're smart. That much is obvious. as a high school dropout I don't think I have the same smarts you feel me?? and I'm still trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up

i can help you if you find something you want to study. or a bunch of things. we can get you a computer and i know you can get files from aurora if you're okay spending a couple of points

and it's okay if you don't feel very smart now. i didn't for a long time. i still feel dumb a lot of the time. you just have to find something you really like. and i know that can take a while

i only figured out the last year i wanted to do all this stuff. i was ready to be content just smashing things in with my axe before that. and i tried a lot of things that i was good at but didn't really care about? some of it was cool but...

i don't miss sports

finding something you're really into and not feeling like there's nothing out there for you is pretty cool. i recommend it

if you didn't have a reason to use a computer then why would you, right

you can go to the library or the book store and just go down and see what books they have on random subjects. if you don't know where to start

it would be cool to see what you find an interest in

Having hobbies and a sense of purpose does seem pretty cool. you got me there. I'll have to try it out.

I tried reading up on things. lots of things. have to say I don't think being a book type is my thing.

but who knows? maybe if you teach me about them then we'll find out I'm a real brain for it.

what did he tell you? the coolest stuff is the music and videos and free stuff you can find if you know where to look

yeah. you can even get crystals that let you talk to people and do this kind of stuff but you can put music on it so you can listen to it on the move

i can show you mine. i don't go anywhere without it. you can also play games too

it's a crystal that works the same way as the earpiece does. except you can hold it in your hand

there's a plastic and metal version but i don't remember the name
