[ Queue a video feed. There was probably a bit of audio, the typical noises of someone figuring out a new system and trying to find the video button. ...Aha! There is Gaia, sitting on one of the trolley cars. Behind her, mostly in frame, is Cidolfus Telemon. He probably looks okay. But Gaia's words suggest he's not. ]

I hope this is right. I'm on the blue line trolley between... the Farway stop and the next island. A man named Cid just jumped on after burning his aether to a life threatening level. Because he missed it while picking up something at a place called the Kwik Stop.

I don't have healing spells, so I'd appreciate anyone that can catch up to the trolley who might come and look him over. It's not exactly fast.

Well, if anyone's looking for him and worried, he's here.

[ She sounds more than a little bit worried exasperated. ]

You know this [ stubborn idiot ] man? I mean he might recover this time but you do realize I said the Kwik Stop right? As in snacks and beverages? He had some sort of case but it's tucked under the seat so I can't see what it is. Does he burn himself out like this all the time for convenience?

[ Yeah she's calling it the Kwik Stop when it should be Kwik Trip, but give her some slack, she just arrived! ]

[ Give her a minute. She needs to lecture Cid and tell him about how his 'friend' just ratted him out about the beer. ]

[Oh, she can take her time. He knows how Cidolfus is, knows that he's likely attempting to slither his way out of consequences, like the little snake that he is.]

[ She'll bop back to talk to Barnabas eventually. ]

You wouldn't happen to know the best way to get him to get treatment?

[ Granted she's beginning to believe she might need to give up on this one. Gaia normally wouldn't have even tried so far as this with a stubborn stranger, but she's had a trying few days and she was alarmed. ...So this might be her taking that out on Cid for being the cause of worrying 'needlessly'. ]
