There is Gaia, sitting on one of the trolley cars. Behind her, mostly in frame, is Cidolfus Telemon. He probably looks okay. But Gaia's words suggest he's not. ]

I hope this is right. I'm on the blue line trolley between... the Farway stop and the next island. A man named Cid just jumped on after burning his aether to a life threatening level. Because he missed it while picking up something at a place called the Kwik Stop.

I don't have healing spells, so I'd appreciate anyone that can catch up to the trolley who might come and look him over. It's not exactly fast.

[Correction: Piltover had restrictions, but the undercity was exempt from following them and did so flagrantly. As long as they worked, who cares, right? He didn't let his kids drink, but he also knew they could and would sneak it if they wanted it. He'd only warn of the risks and ply them with knowledge.]

[It was less that and more that coffee and certain teas were a novelty that were hard earned and hard fought. It was way easier to find alcohol. Smugglers did bring tea and coffee of course.]

Alright. There's a café around that I saw those advertised. Do you smoke?

[ That seems to be more of a puzzled confusion. Gaia's world does have smoking. But it's more of an adult leisure rather than something kids indulge in because of the taboo.

Gotta love those culture differences. ]
