There are a few ways characters can interact with this:

Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional.
When forms are not filled out, they are filled out by the companion bots of Etraya! This means that while the character themself is not choosing to play with CHIRPER, their player still can.
Other characters can be prompted to fill out their friends' profiles for them.
Alternatively, they choose not to fill out the form, and it remains unfilled!

This is just a fun little way of expanding CR. For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER toplevels are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.

Once characters' profiles are up, other characters will be given the option of giving them a "like" or a "dislike" (using ✓ and ✕ symbols in the subject line of the comment) but they can also provide an answer as to why they gave that answer! Or just respond to the contents of their profile, +1ing the fact that if Barnabas were to get laid more often, maybe he would be less of a sourpuss.

"Beast Archer"?

One of the fire signs. Being born under it means you're adventurous, adaptable, and passionate... Plus a lot of other things I can't remember, because fortune telling isn't my hobby.

How many signs are there? And how many people live on your planet?

Twelve, and a lot more than twelve. I get what you're getting at, but people do this for fun.

I see. Lies for amusement. It's unfortunate I don't know my birth date, else I could join in the delusion.

If you can guess it to within about a month, you could. We're about the same age. You think you're a little bit older than me or a little bit younger?

I.. I'm not even really sure the year, never mind the month. If it was documented I never saw any of that data. I don't remember that far back. I assume I'm sixteen but I could be younger, or older..

Now, what I've found out here so far is that my world uses different star signs.

I suspect the way to get there is secret, and so it just gets hidden again after we're done helping.

[A pause, then, uncertainly:]

Wouldn't every planet have different star signs? The stars should be different in each sky...?

[ Maybe they'll run into more problems and then Popp will have a chance to get back in. He does not say this out loud, he's not going to wish trouble on strangers for his own gain. ]

Well, they're close enough to have a lot in common. My world has wind spells, but we classify them Woosh spells instead of Aero spells. And this one has a Beast Archer, but they call it Sagittarius.

...Alright, since apparently you have the book on it. What makes it a beast archer or a Sagittarius? Are they the same month?

Similar traits. I'm seeing "ninth month" listed as the eleventh month of the year, and there's only so much nonsense I can put up with.

The one right after it is Capricorn, some kind of sea-goat which is somehow an earth sign anyway? Practical, responsible, loyal, patient, and disciplined. Doesn't like public displays of emotion~

I think I reached my nonsense threshold already. Why would a sea anything be an earth sign? And why a goat and not a fish? I know this is supposed to be 'for fun' but it seems to exist to specifically not make sense.

There's a sign that's all fish a little later on, but that's an artist's sign. Apparently it's because Capricorns are determined at going places they want to, like a goat climbing a mountain, but sensitive underneath, like a fish going with the currents.

Active between December 22 - which is the twelfth and last month of the year for some reason despite being the tenth sign - and January 19, which is the first.

If I ever find out what my birthdate is I suppose I'll have to look into it further. 'For fun'.

I'll take whatever sign leads the most uninteresting, un noteworthy lives possible and hope it rubs off.
