There are a few ways characters can interact with this:
Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional.
When forms are not filled out, they are filled out by the companion bots of Etraya! This means that while the character themself is not choosing to play with CHIRPER, their player still can.
Other characters can be prompted to fill out their friends' profiles for them.
Alternatively, they choose not to fill out the form, and it remains unfilled!
This is just a fun little way of expanding CR. For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER toplevels are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.
Once characters' profiles are up, other characters will be given the option of giving them a "like" or a "dislike" (using ✓ and ✕ symbols in the subject line of the comment) but they can also provide an answer as to why they gave that answer! Or just respond to the contents of their profile, +1ing the fact that if Barnabas were to get laid more often, maybe he would be less of a sourpuss.

But Sevika's interest in talking shit about Jinx rarely lasts long, which means she's stopping by the office to favor him with a look of sheer irritation, like, what else could she possibly be doing? She's already working on fixing the place up. ]

Just like he didn't die at all. He's behind a makeshift desk, and the place doesn't look...right yet. Not orderly, but the aquarium in the center office, overhead, certainly leaves Silco looking fairly intimidating, in the dim blue light. ]

I need to know how this happened, and we need to figure out how to prevent it in the future.
[ Silco expected that Sevika would know who did it too. It's an easy uneducated guess. ]

This is an annoyance, but he will continue to insert himself into our business. This is just a reminder of that.
[ Now, the thing here is that Silco wants to get back to business as usual. Sevika understood why and where it came from, but she also understood the reality of their situation. So, it won't be with a sigh or grimace or anything that might make him think she's doing something as disgusting as humoring him... She isn't. She doesn't want it to seem that way.
But she pushed away from the doorframe and snagged a chair to drag over to his desk so she could turn it and sit, the chair's back facing him while she used it to rest an arm across. ]
And just what move are we planning to make? Because from where I stand, we don't have a whole lot to gain by doing anything other than making sure Runeterra isn't wiped off the map.
[ Which is what Vander should also be doing. So what, exactly, was he going to intervene in? ]
On top of that, we don't have a crew here, Silco. I can't have someone tailing him all day, every day. I can find him when we need to. Expending more energy than that on him is only going to give him reasons to get involved with us.
And when he intervened during the train? He's going to get in our way, because he sees us as an obstacle to saving Runeterra.
If it isn't our methods, it will be our general existence, or shimmer once we get it running. If it isn't that, then he will find something else. You and I both know it, given how he is cozying up to the Topsiders.

They don't have crime, they don't have an organization, but that doesn't mean that they don't have a reason to build something. If there is no crime, then there will be something else. Once shimmer is flowing, perhaps, it will get better.

Medical doses of shimmer. It's the safest dose. Not seen as addictive, or dangerous. We can make these people see that as a boon instead of a danger. Then, if anyone wants to use it for something else, you let them approach you, not the other way around.
[ He grunted softly, a hm that sounded dissatisfied. Not at the suggestion, but because she's right. ]

So they have to think like topsiders, do they? Of course they do. ]

People are going to be wary of it even without them. Shimmer won't be like anything they're used to. We should start out small. Use the normal dosage until it's no longer considered a new thing here.

We will already be trying for the medicinal variant. That will keep them off our backs enough — particularly the topsiders — when it doesn't do what they say it does. When it helps.
[ Sevika pursed her lips, clearly not happy with that response but also not unhappy enough to argue further. Whatever her thoughts are, she won't offer further insight into them. If he wants to make the gamble, she'll have to figure out how to work with it, same as always. ]
I know all of that. It isn't me that needs the convincing. Just keep in mind that we're the only support we have until we do prove it helps.
[ That puts their argument off for now, at least, and Sevika's glad to let it go. They would be fighting over the potential, not the reality, and that may as well be meaningless. ]
