There are a few ways characters can interact with this:
Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional.
When forms are not filled out, they are filled out by the companion bots of Etraya! This means that while the character themself is not choosing to play with CHIRPER, their player still can.
Other characters can be prompted to fill out their friends' profiles for them.
Alternatively, they choose not to fill out the form, and it remains unfilled!
This is just a fun little way of expanding CR. For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER toplevels are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.
Once characters' profiles are up, other characters will be given the option of giving them a "like" or a "dislike" (using ✓ and ✕ symbols in the subject line of the comment) but they can also provide an answer as to why they gave that answer! Or just respond to the contents of their profile, +1ing the fact that if Barnabas were to get laid more often, maybe he would be less of a sourpuss.

Not really, I mean I won't stop being a pirate just cuz I'm in a different world I think. I'll still fight and probably take stuff if it won't hurt someone else!

How do you pirate without a ship? Do you need a crew? Are you the do what you want cuz a pirate is free kind, or a walk the plank and kill everyone onboard kind?
Have you been here long enough to start forming a crew? I don't think there's really enough water to put a ship on, but some ships fly so perhaps that won't be a great hindrance.
I admit this is the first time I've encountered someone who both claims to be a pirate and says they don't plan on ever killing anyone. I think 'pirates' are different things on my planet.
A fire elemental is usually, fire incarnate but it can still think and act. They can't usually become flesh and blood though, so you're perhaps osmething very different. Or unique.
Ok, so in my world there's these fruits called Devil Fruits, and each one has a special power hidden within. Well, after you eat a fruit you gain that power. I happened to eat the flame flame devil fruit! So it turned me into a flame human.
You don't have to worry about it! There's only one per life cycle! So if a fruit with powers is eaten, unless the person who ate it dies, the fruit won't appear again!
Though if I happen to see Devil Fruits here, I'll warn everyone, because they do have some side effects.

You eventually need a crew, but most pirates in my world start off on their own. I did!
The freedom one, I actually haven't killed anyone! And don't plan on doing it.
Elemental? I'm not sure, I guess I could be, considering my body is fire, but it can be solid skin and bones too.

Some pirates do kill people in my world, but not me!
They sound so cool! I think I'm more than an elemental though. I was born a regular human, ate a flame flame fruit, and turned into fire!

Also, you won't even know what power you get until it manifests itself. When I ate it my body grew hotter and hotter until I was on fire.
Oh, the most important part: I can't get in sea water. Can't swim, can't bathe in it, nothing.
