There are a few ways characters can interact with this:
Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional.
When forms are not filled out, they are filled out by the companion bots of Etraya! This means that while the character themself is not choosing to play with CHIRPER, their player still can.
Other characters can be prompted to fill out their friends' profiles for them.
Alternatively, they choose not to fill out the form, and it remains unfilled!
This is just a fun little way of expanding CR. For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER toplevels are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.
Once characters' profiles are up, other characters will be given the option of giving them a "like" or a "dislike" (using ✓ and ✕ symbols in the subject line of the comment) but they can also provide an answer as to why they gave that answer! Or just respond to the contents of their profile, +1ing the fact that if Barnabas were to get laid more often, maybe he would be less of a sourpuss.

Hello. My name is Aurora. My duty is to oversee your comfort and the daily workings of Etraya, as well as provide information for upcoming missions.
[ He appreciates the honesty. In the time he knew Eddie, he seemed to have a lot of trouble keeping up with relationships. A tolerated acquaintance is way more plausible than a close friend. ]
That makes sense.
When was the last time you saw him before you got here?
how does time even work in the comics... fudge it.
[ She doesn't really want to give Brock too much credit, but those words were actually a turning point in her life after a whole lot of shit happened with Maniac. ]
The last thing he said to me was, 'This city always needs heroes.' I wouldn't call myself one, but I'll bet he's proud of you.
[ Dad's opinions and guidance had been such a confusing mess for so long. Now that Dylan has a better understanding of the weird time-displacement he'd been going through, it makes a little more sense, but that doesn't completely erase the memories of Eddie attacking him as Bedlam. ]
I know it'd mean the world to him if he knew he had that effect on you. He sure as hell wasn't lying about heroes being needed.
[ Ugh. The last thing she wants is Eddie Brock thinking he changed her life. ]
Don't read into it too much. I still don't like symbiotes.
But, since you were the 'hero' who saved everyone from Knull, if you should need any help around here, I could lend you a hand. Call it, returning the favor.
Yeah, Spidey is basically a distant uncle these days, I think. Took my entire life so far but dad and the symbiote both are cool with him now.
[ The Maniac incident isn't exactly fresh in Dylan's mind, as he hadn't been there to witness it. But it was the moment his gooey third parent had been reunited with its beloved Flash Thompson, if only briefly. It had been a particularly prominent memory when they'd been bonded during the Venom War cage match. ]
im sorry he can be a little brat sometimes
it's perfectly fine!
Re: it's perfectly fine!
[ There's a pause, then another comment comes through. ]
but he doesn't mention a lot of things.

(kronk voice) "By all accounts, it doesn't make sense!"
He was pretty good at that. Advice, I mean. I guess being a writer, it makes sense he'd be pretty good at knowing what people need to hear.
it doesn't!

Thank you.
Is it OK to ask who your hero identity is?
no subject
Like I said, 'not a hero'.
[ Peter might disagree. At least she's not a villian, either. ]
And my identity is no secret. I'm called Black Cat, or you can call me Felicia. As far as thieves go, I'm one of the best.
[ Now who's bragging? ]
no subject
oh! Yeah, I've heard of you. I didn't realize you were that Felicia.

The last time I saw him, we had to stop a dirtbag from using a symbiote to take over the entire criminal underworld.
