There are a few ways characters can interact with this:
Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional.
When forms are not filled out, they are filled out by the companion bots of Etraya! This means that while the character themself is not choosing to play with CHIRPER, their player still can.
Other characters can be prompted to fill out their friends' profiles for them.
Alternatively, they choose not to fill out the form, and it remains unfilled!
This is just a fun little way of expanding CR. For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER toplevels are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.
Once characters' profiles are up, other characters will be given the option of giving them a "like" or a "dislike" (using ✓ and ✕ symbols in the subject line of the comment) but they can also provide an answer as to why they gave that answer! Or just respond to the contents of their profile, +1ing the fact that if Barnabas were to get laid more often, maybe he would be less of a sourpuss.

Hello. My name is Aurora. My duty is to oversee your comfort and the daily workings of Etraya, as well as provide information for upcoming missions.
[The next morning, Caitlyn is at the shooting range a few minutes before the specified time, meticulously cleaning and checking her rifle. It's over ten years old, a gift from her parents when she was young, and she's been using it since she was barely big enough to wield it properly. It feels like almost an extension of her body by now.
She's thoroughly excited to have a shooting competition with someone she hopes will be able to rise to the challenge. There probably isn't a single person in Piltover who can match her skills; she's hoping Jason can at least come close.]
[Jason arrives at the shooting range shortly after Caitlyn did. Like her, he's excited to have a friendly shooting competition with someone skilled. She's certainly confident at least.
Visibly holstered at his hips are his desert eagles. He gives Caitlyn a short wave and looks at her gun, impressed]
[She finishes loading the rifle just as Jason arrives.]
You haven't seen it in use, yet.
[Speaking of which:] Shall we have a go with it first, or with yours? There are moving targets here; I prefer those over the static ones, but we could begin with the static ones if you prefer. We should also set our time limit, if you'd like to score by points per second. Perhaps ten seconds if you'd like to use the static targets, or twenty for the moving targets? Or would you prefer longer?
[She's so excited to get started that it all comes rushing out as she practically bounces on the balls of her feet in anticipation.]
[It's mutual excitement as it's been quite a while since Jason met someone just wanting a friendly shooting competition instead of something high stakes]

[Not that she would carry any around with her here regardless, but she's never bothered carrying money. At a certain level of wealth, one doesn't need to.]
[Caitlyn sets her rifle carefully aside and moves towards the targets. Though she can come across as awkward at times, her social skills and gawky overenthusiasm sometimes leaving something to be desired, there's a seriousness and confidence with which she approaches the targets and holds out her hand for a gun. This is her element.]
[Jason clocks the confidence Caitlyn is displaying as he pulls out one gun and hands it to her. It's loaded with rubber bullets. For this contest, it's enough. He then pulls out the other gun for himself]
[The gun is different to what she's used to, so Caitlyn takes a moment to get used to the weight and balance of it, hefting it in her hand and sighting down the barrel. Once she's confident that she has a feel for it, she gives a serious little nod.]
Ten seconds.
[There's a screen in the shooting booth that tracks one's speed. It's far more high-tech than anything that exists in her world, so she hasn't generally bothered with it when availing herself of the shooting range, but for this sort of contest, it's very useful.
She exhales slowly, any last vestiges of awkwardness falling away as she aims down the barrel at the dead centre of the target, and starts shooting.]
[After handing his gun to Caitlyn, Jason watches her carefully. It's from one professional to another. He sees how she carefully considers the weight and balance adjustments. He watches her stance. And then when the shooting starts, watches her overall technique.
There's no doubt in Jason's mind that she's well-experienced with firearms. Though he knows she said her specialty is rifles, he'll give her credit for how she's handling a handgun]
[When the ten seconds are up, Caitlyn stops, lowers the gun, and regards the target with a frown before pressing the button to bring it closer so she can see clearly where all her shots landed. All are clustered tightly around the centre, though there are a couple that aren't quite as tight as she'd like.
Not bad. Could be better. Unfortunately, a gun she's never used before might require a little bit of of practice.]
[Jason takes his gun and goes into his proper position. It's almost like slipping into old comfortable shoes.
As soon as the timer starts again, Jason fires. His stance is steady as he shoots in rapid succession. There's hardly any signs of him feeling a recoil]
[Jason puts down his gun when the timer stops. Very similar to Caitlyn's shots, most of his shots clustered heavily at the center. He won but only by a point. He gives a friendly smile to Caitlyn]
Thanks. You clearly got the experience too. New round?
[She fetches her rifle, and sets up the moving targets for the next round.]
I held a rifle for the first time when I was four.
[And the way she wields hers now shows it. She takes a slow breath, sights down the barrel, and begins firing as the timer begins. Twenty seconds to hit the various targets that move across the course, and she puts a bullet dead centre of each one. When the timer stops, she takes stock of her work and gives a sharp nod of satisfaction.]
[Just like with the static targets, Jason watches Caitlyn closely as a professional and taking mental notes of her techniques. He was already impressed by her marksmanship with his handgun but watching her with her rifle is another level. It's clear the rifle is her specialty]
[Jason graciously takes the gun and looks it over first, trying to get an idea of how to best handle it. The style of it seems almost more old school than what he's used to but he still admires and appreciates its craftsmanship. It's certainly one of the most unique firearms he's seen.
Once he has a better idea of how to hold it, he takes aim. The timer starts, the targets launch and he fires. For a first timer, he manages to strike dead center on most of his targets. Two he misses though]
Not bad, [she says, echoing his earlier assessment. He is quite good at it, especially having never held her rifle before, and she's the winner by only two points.]
I'm glad to have met someone so skilled. I never really had anyone to practice with at home.
