There are a few ways characters can interact with this:
Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional.
When forms are not filled out, they are filled out by the companion bots of Etraya! This means that while the character themself is not choosing to play with CHIRPER, their player still can.
Other characters can be prompted to fill out their friends' profiles for them.
Alternatively, they choose not to fill out the form, and it remains unfilled!
This is just a fun little way of expanding CR. For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER toplevels are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.
Once characters' profiles are up, other characters will be given the option of giving them a "like" or a "dislike" (using ✓ and ✕ symbols in the subject line of the comment) but they can also provide an answer as to why they gave that answer! Or just respond to the contents of their profile, +1ing the fact that if Barnabas were to get laid more often, maybe he would be less of a sourpuss.

[Shaw murmurs a quiet Bye to Scratch, giving him a final pat before she turns to follow Shadowheart, stepping over the discarded shirt as she goes.]

[She says, tugging off her own shirt with one hand and running the other over Shadowheart's bare back. Her own sports bra should come next, but maybe she'll leave that for Shadowheart to take care of.]
[As Shaw's fingertips run across her back, Shadowheart allows her eyes to flutter shut while she momentarily luxuriates in the touch.]

[Her eyes open again as she turns and reaches behind Shaw to shut the bedroom door. And then, in one quick motion, she wraps one arm around Shaw's waist, whirls her around, and shoves her backwards onto the bed.]
[Hell yeah, that's what she's talking about. Shaw won't go whole hog into fighting back - not during her first time with someone new, not when she doesn't want to accidentally communicate genuine resistance, and not before determining whether or not Shadowheart is actually into fighty push-and-pull sex herself - but there's still a lot of leeway between the two extremes of "very rough" and "very gentle". She grins viciously, and as her back hits the mattress, she reaches up to grab hold of Shadowheart's shoulder, pulling her right down with her.]
[What Shadowheart is into is nearly as unknown to her as it is to Shaw. So many of her memories have been stolen from her that she has only a jumbled mess of half-formed impressions left. Teeth on her throat; did they scrape, or merely tease? Fingers in her hair; did they tug, or caress? Her hand on a hip; did she leave bruises? She remembers the heat of breath on her skin and someone's taste on her tongue, but she could search her memory for years, she knows, and never find eyes, or faces, or names. There was someone, she thinks, with purple skin and gentle hands...
She tumbles down on top of Shaw with a breathy laugh.]
You're still wearing far too many clothes.
[Shaw may not want Shadowheart to go easy on her, but she said nothing about her clothes, and Shadowheart doesn't want to rip them. So she's eager, but careful, as she runs her hands up Shaw's sides, slips her fingers beneath Shaw's bra, and tugs the garment upwards.]
[As basic as most of her underwear is, Shaw does take good care of it whenever possible, so the lack of ripping is appreciated. And since Shadowheart also still has some clothing on...]

[She suggests, before zipping her hands down to make short work of Shadowheart's pants.]
