As for rules- Not officially, no. There was a man who had a few bites out of another guy a while back and nobody approved of it, but neither did much come of it ultimately.

No one died in that incident either, so I think that matter was left to be solved between them. It’s sort of hard to have rules when there’s no one to levy any sort of punishment against those who break them. Though… I’m sure our actions are ultimately noticed by our overseer.

That’s right. But I think most people are kept a bit too busy to nurture their grudges. I could be wrong- There’s a lot of folks here. I think the emphasis is on quiet. If people are having problems, they’re rarely taking to the public about them.

I mean, this boy was more of a nuisance than anything else. Only worth talking about out of comparison, perhaps.

( technically speaking, no one with legal guardianship over damian exists on etraya. but also technically speaking, papers have never dictated one's ability to be proclaimed his guardian. grayson had been, for a time. he's technically here. bruce wayne is also here, albeit one being too young to have fathered damian, while the other is ancient and crumbling and doing his best to stay as far away from all of his alternate universe children as he can.
