Hello, citizens of Etraya.
Our next mission will begin on Friday, March 14th. As previously requested by some residents, you will be visiting a world that is in the process of dying.
Aphaia is one planet within what had been a vast universe. As the last standing piece of civilization in a world that has been otherwise destroyed, they have taken drastic measures to ensure they enjoy what time they have remaining and conserve resources for those who bring the most entertainment.
The mission requirement is to survive.
You may bring anything that can fit through the portal, so I would recommend stocking up as much as possible for the journey.
I wish all of you luck.
Thank you,
Aurora.

You probably don't want pictures, right?
[ Um. ]
I hope it won't be too lonely. [ I GUESS.
He'll do his best to survive, but doesn't think he should send that - it's, well, a given since that's what they're asked to do. He's a little worried about the people who are trying to entertain themselves while the world is ending. Are they okay? That'd be stressful - in a way he can't even imagine.
... ok. ]

I would take pictures.

Ok.
I can take pictures.
I can show you the ones I took before, too.

[He doesn't believe that at all. But it's likely what Echo has programmed her to believe, so there's little use pressing the matter.]

[Surely a world failing needs help? Or can they do something to bring the citizens somewhere else safe?]

I know you're a big and impressive computer and you're in charge of protecting us and you like doing that, but do you think... do you have limitations on what you can do? Are you good at deciding what's a threat and what to do about it?
Not to be rude. But I know you're new too, and this is your first rodeo. You're learning on the job, right?
