Give me an afternoon to measure the track and do a couple drawings. As for proper repair, though… We’ll have to see what can be salvaged and what needs replacing. Then there’s the smithing, but you’re handy with a hammer, aren’t you?

There’s a few others with proper workshops and garages, too, if you need the hands.

Constructing whole new trolley cars would take a lot of materials. Not saying we can't, but it'll be costly. But speeding up the existing one... that's less resource intensive, in my opinion. Depending on our methods.
