CHIRPER
There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:
For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER toplevels are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month. Please feel free to switch out any of the Q&A questions with those listed here! We have an example of a filled out form here. |

[ Scalding fights.
Physical separation.
Running away.
Saying it.
Yes.
She's seen those.
Lived them.
(The same as living them coming back together.
No matter how long it took.
They needed each other.
Loved each other.)
But actual hate?
No. ]

But I did not write this.
[ Did Bruce believe it? To some degree, yes. And it's not entirely without merit. Their relationship had been rocky by the time he quit being Robin and moving to Bludhaven only gave Bruce the excuse not to fix things. They stagnated, drifted apart. The bridge is burned and Bruce hasn't been in a mood to fix it in decades.
Hate is a strong word, but not necessarily an inaccurate one. ]

[ It's a little more brusque, a little more immeadiate than normal, but with dick around here to clarify that's an error—even as their very worst, when they can't be in the same room, no less the same city, and she's torn between on the line of Barbara and Oracle—well. Someone has to do it. (For both their sake.) ]
What's happened in your time?

I made mistakes, Barbara.

Such a[ She writes it and then she deletes it. Taps a finger on her desk.
It's not a question—or an answer, no doubt—for public consumption.
Especially not for Bruce. Who didn't choose to write it.
Still, she stares at the words.
And it's not only for Dick's sake.
It never is.
More circumspectly. ]
You know I want to ask, right?

[ She's honest. She always was with Bruce. At home.
Batman Jr. hadn't seemed to appreciate that.
And yet, Dick had come back with more memories.
(Before he'd been pulled away entirely.)
Told her about them working side-by-side,
while he stepped in as Nightwing, and
Dick went to Nanda Parbat.
It's hard not to miss some part of that.
The respect. The faith. The remainder of it.
God. She's been here so long, and she misses them.
Her family. Bruce. Dick being there, keeping her lighter in it.
She looks at her three words again. ]
But never like this.

It makes him envious. Just a little. What did these other Bruces do that he hadn't? ]
Leave it alone, Barbara. It's over.

So. Barbara, without agreeing, returns instead. ]
How different is your mansion from the Manor here?

[ Bruce so far has refused to set foot on any of the Wayne adjacent properties here. He's been to the Tower exactly twice and only stayed long enough to check on the others post-mission. Any other time he can be found in his apartment and that's exactly how he prefers it. ]

[ It's literally where everyone else happens to be. Except, apparently, both Bruce's. (And. Well. Her and Dick until mostly recently.) Which is a little cumbersomely both expected, and frustrating, and ... deeply, personally, concerning. Bruce Wayne is never at his best alone. ]
You're missing out on the menagerie.
