There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:

Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya!
Other characters can be prompted to fill out their friends' profiles for them. This includes the Q&A section!
Alternatively, they choose not to fill out the form, and it remains unfilled! These unfilled profiles will not be posted live.
Characters either like or dislike others CHIRPER profiles. These responses are private between the characters involved.

For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER toplevels are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.

I mean....I'm trying to understand people better you know? so I can help them.

I know. It's just not the done thing to go reading people's messages without permission, even if they post them publically.

But I suppose everybody does it. Read the comments...

you know, given some of the things done by past residents here, reading other people's comments is far from being a horrible thing.

But choose those conversations that interest you. Anything that you might think needs a critical eye. Or anything you just find fascinating. We'll have plenty to talk about.
