CHIRPER

⏵ CHIRPER ⏴
Welcome to our bi-monthly CHIRPER post!

There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:
  • Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
  • When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya!
  • Other characters can be prompted to fill out their friends' profiles for them. This includes the Q&A section!
  • Alternatively, they choose not to fill out the form, and it remains unfilled! These unfilled profiles will not be posted live.
  • Characters either like or dislike others CHIRPER profiles. These responses are private between the characters involved.

For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER toplevels are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.

Please feel free to switch out any of the Q&A questions with those listed here! We have an example of a filled out form here.

For here. Nanotech's a bit beyond my world's level of technology right now. Instantaneous communication was a shock when I first got here.

If you ever need help, I'd be glad to help point the way toward some good related reads in the library. Or to give you someone to ping-pong discussion off. I'm something of a computer-tech whiz back home, and most things here have comparable things to home thus far.

I'd love some recommendations. Even if I'm working on C++, it can only get me so far. Nanomachines also have a biological component too, which has been a little harder for me to get into, but Viktor seems like he's going to handle that part of it (lucky for me!)

That sounds a little more than educationally theoretical. Are you two trying to build something specific with it?

We're working on augmenting physiology to work with more advanced prosthetics we've been developing.

Really? What kind?

Is there a large need for that back where you come from?

Arms, mostly. But I could start doing legs too, if there was a need for it.

Unfortunately, yes. It's not something I worked on in Piltover, but... I could have been. It would have been a more productive use of my time.
