There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:

Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya!
Other characters can be prompted to fill out their friends' profiles for them. This includes the Q&A section!
Alternatively, they choose not to fill out the form, and it remains unfilled! These unfilled profiles will not be posted live.
Characters either like or dislike others CHIRPER profiles. These responses are private between the characters involved.

For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER toplevels are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.

Pretty basic ingredients...

[But the problem is what they don't know. Is the milk boiled beforehand? Is the sugar melted from the heat of the milk, or is it a liquid? How much anise before it's too overpowering?

We'll just have to do trial and error on this one. It's not like we'd find this in a cookbook, right?

Unless there is some sort of cookbook from Zaun lying about, and even then, I don't recall there being many to begin with.

I believe the method of preparation is just as basic as well. Cooking is a science, a chemistry; we should be able to do it.
