There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:

Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya!
Other characters can be prompted to fill out their friends' profiles for them. This includes the Q&A section!
Alternatively, they choose not to fill out the form, and it remains unfilled! These unfilled profiles will not be posted live.
Characters either like or dislike others CHIRPER profiles. These responses are private between the characters involved.

For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER toplevels are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.

Geez yeah. That's a long time to be away from the people you care about.

[ She hates the idea that anyone would be separated from their loved ones for so long, but she especially hated the thought that she could be away from her own friends for as long, or longer. ]

Not all of them, but there are a few here. Although one of them probably would claim that we aren't friends.

[ But Amy would always consider him her friend, even if he doesn't count her as one of his. ]

[ As long as it's been, Vax knows others have been here longer, so he doesn't want to complain, no matter how lonely he feels.

Hearing she has a few friends here is nice. He often wonders if any of his own friends will arrive, but at the same time, he wouldn't want them to. ]
