There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:

Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya!
Other characters can be prompted to fill out their friends' profiles for them. This includes the Q&A section!
Alternatively, they choose not to fill out the form, and it remains unfilled! These unfilled profiles will not be posted live.
Characters either like or dislike others CHIRPER profiles. These responses are private between the characters involved.

For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER toplevels are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.

I believe it is due to my learning process. I am a trained detective, but I primarily specialize in gathering and processing evidence and other information.

Hank once needed to explain why I shouldn't cross a high-speed roadway, for example.

I can be destroyed. It is the android equivalent of dying. Repairs after would be extensive, especially since there is no Cyberlife here.

That may be true, but I do not mind it.

I've already promised to use whatever points I acquire to get you whatever parts you need should you need repairs. I just need you to make sure I have the means to know how to fix you.

And why's that?

I wouldn't know which parts are necessary until after I've been destroyed. The most important are my thirium pump, my eyes, and my ears. The latter two help create and maintain my mind palace.

It's similar to a human's inner eye. What your mind sees and thinks before you act. Androids can have a rather extensive mind palace, depending on how sophisticated they are.

And I assume yours is very sophisticated.

I am, yes. I have rather large mind palace and used to meet the person in charge of me there.

No, not at all.

Alrys rewired me in Solmara, which corrupted my mind palace.

Which means?

It used to be a river around a large tree, with a rose trellis and several peaceful areas where one could sit and watch the leaves fall.

Now, it's... much worse.

So probably best not to go back there, hm?
