[A surprised voice of a young girl comes through the feed suddenly — excitably so!

It's a good way to try and stay physically hidden from everyone else, at least... A voice doesn't really give away that you're a very, very, very small person. (Little does she know, some of the people who saw her in the casino-bean-place are here too.)]

I hear you all...! I've never used a phone before. If this counts as a phone, anyway... Um... Can we call people from our worlds? I'd like to tell my mother and papa that I'm safe... They must be really worried about me. Especially my mother. She's very nervous in nature.

[There's a pause.]

And... I think there has to be some kind of mistake, anyway. I've heard people are here because they have to prove their world is worth saving. But I'm not... I can't possibly be the person they meant to bring here. There has to be some kind of mistake. Or — if it's not a mistake, it feels unfair to the world I came from.

... Does anyone else feel like that?

[Because this feels so outside of everything and anything she's ever known.

Even right now, as she sits in a small shoebox she's converted into a hotel room of sorts in an alleyway not far from the hospital, she can't help but feel like she's lost at some proverbial sea... She doesn't have the experience her father has in a complicated world. She's pretty sure he would be lost too, but... he would at least be brave and march on without hesitation.

It means a lot to you, then, to be given responsibilities by someone you've never even met.

We've met our God and He gave us our divine duty, regardless of what Echo's machinations are... It is good you question their intentions, but can you take the risk of not acting if they prove true? Would you be alright if all of your loved ones perished because you sought to shirk your duty?

[ Too bad he can't see your sass filled eyerolls. His own voice is still calm and confident, spoken with an ease of someone who has all the time in the world. ]

I am a master swordsman, yes. I can also decimate my foes with a spear if they are so worthy to witness it. Why, child? Are you in need of the edge of the blade?

No. I guess I can't.

[She certainly can't put her family on the line, and she wouldn't be able to live with herself if the human beans and the creatures of the earth died because she didn't try hard enough.]

I have a weapon, but it's not very... efficient.

[ Sleipnir makes a noise, it's quiet and soft- either it is a thoughtful hum, or a more drawn out sigh. ]

That would depend on what you needed the weapon to do. However, a number of these missions have not required combat expertise, if this is what you are fretting over.

There are a few things I'm worried about, but... not having to fight all the time is better than nothing.

[But Accelerator gave her some sage advice, and so she should really take it.

At least, she thinks that she should; her mom would throw a fit at the idea.]

What sorts of things have you had to do, on these missions?

[ He'll merely hum at the first statement. Sleipnir cares not for this strange girl's worries. He also would rather fight all the time, but some is better than nothing, he does agree there. ]

I have not been here for long. My first experience was called The Golden Saucer. A barrage of discordant sound and lights. We were to seek out means to purchase our visage on small thick paper and then participate in trading. I do not understand the meaning of measure for that mission, but we are not in a position to not jump when they say jump.

[ Sleipnir's sigh can be heard, but his shrug cannot be seen. ]
