I would like to formally apologize for what happened during the mission. I promised that no contaminants from this world other than what I had explained would pass through, which was true.

However, a contaminant from outside of this world has managed to make their way into this universe.

I am not able to manage Scylla nor prevent his presence.

Are you telling us this now because people/entities of that caliber can just come through Etraya's barriers and you can't stop them? Should we be expecting more like him "visiting" or was this a fluke?

To my knowledge, there are no others similar to Scylla.

I'm talking about the most abstract sense of "people" outside the bubble cities able to infiltrate, not just "guy with whatever features the plushieusername described".
There are no other people or entities on the scale of Echo and Scylla beyond the bubble cities?

This city is within a pocket universe which is maintained by Echo.
Entrance to this pocket universe, outside of missions when we are permitted to open doorways leading out of it, is maintained by Echo. The only beings capable of opening doorways are my siblings.
