I haven’t been able to find my brother, Joshua, since the fog came. Has anyone seen a man, a little over 6 feet tall, light brown hair that’s a big longer, blue-green eyes, wears a lot of black and red, has a very formal and convoluted way of speaking? He’s kind, curious, intelligent. He would have done his best to help anyone who may have needed it during the mission.

Please, if anyone has seen him, call me, text me, yell my name from the top of a building, I don’t care. I just need to know that he’s okay.

[Clive isn’t sure if Dion would want company right now, but he could ask. He doesn’t want the other man to focus on taking care of someone else right now, though.]

I have to pick Clea up from the library and bring her home. She said she was having some trouble moving around, and I don't want her to hurt herself worse than she already is. Can I meet you after?

[Oh no. Clive knows her. Clive's helping her. How is Cloud supposed to look him in the eye ever again?

...it's fine. He's not going to stick around, after all. He's just going to show Clive where the church is and go. No need to talk about Clea or anything else.

[Cloud's going straight there, though, and he'll be there sitting on a bench whenever Clive gets there, lost in pensive thought with his crossed arms resting on his knees. His Hardy-Daytona is parked nearby - like hell is he going to actually ride the trolley.]

[Not that it matters - Aerith always wanted the church to be open to everyone, it's not like Cloud's going to object. He's just never heard the name before.]

He's a friend from my home world. He can be a bit of a worrier, so he doesn't want me to be alone.

[Although Clive did wonder if it was also to assauge Sleipnir's worry for the man. He also chooses to leave out the fact that the two of them have almost lost each other multiple times, so the fear of it happening again is very, very real.]

[Cloud's starting to feel a little bad about planning to book it as soon as possible, but he's not exactly the world's best company for someone who needs comfort anyway, so maybe it's best that Clive's friend is coming with him.]
