I haven’t been able to find my brother, Joshua, since the fog came. Has anyone seen a man, a little over 6 feet tall, light brown hair that’s a big longer, blue-green eyes, wears a lot of black and red, has a very formal and convoluted way of speaking? He’s kind, curious, intelligent. He would have done his best to help anyone who may have needed it during the mission.
Please, if anyone has seen him, call me, text me, yell my name from the top of a building, I don’t care. I just need to know that he’s okay.

[By the Founder, Dion was as bad as he was.]

[ He'd learned well the necessity of that, to stave off the curse as long as he could in their world. ]

[He is going to fuss. He needs to fuss. It's the only thing that feels normal right now.]

[ What he doesn't say is that it would be more like the Phoenix, though they both know it. ]

[Clive doesn't have the emotional wherewithal to be less direct right now. He'll apologize for being snippy later.]

[ Go with him on this, Clive. ]

I'll rest soon. I have a couple of stops to make first, but then I'll be back at the monastery. If you don't want to be alone tonight, you can stay there. I'll make sure there is a bed ready for you, just in case.

[ That is to say: he will at least check on Clive, once he's sure his grief isn't quite so plain on his face. Clive needn't be further tormented by the knowledge of what awaited his brother. ]

[And if Clive is thinking similiarly, well, who could judge him? These two, always too concerned for the well-being of others to truly care for their own.]

[ He just puts that out there, in case it happens to be of interest.
This first message is followed shortly thereafter by one privated to Clive. ]
I feel he'd benefit from encouragement at times.

[Which is probably why Dion mentioned it. He sees you, Dion.]
Is he alright? He seemed a bit aloof when I first met him and, well, in my experience, 'aloof' is usually a cover-up for something else.

[ Caught... ]
I've my suspicions as well. When first we met, he'd been made younger by one of the technologies in Aphaia. He was more open then, though quite criticial of himself when met with setbacks or mistakes, but he brightened considerably with encouragement and support. I believe at heart, he is the same, however the experiences that have brought him to this point have affected him.
