Welcome to our bi-monthly CHIRPER post!

There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:

• Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
• When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya, or by other characters on behalf of their friends! This includes the Q&A section.
• Characters can either like or dislike others' CHIRPER profiles. These responses are public.
• This is voluntary on an OOC basis; if the character doesn't have a profile completed by themselves or anyone else, nothing shows up for them on CHIRPER.
• For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER profiles are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.

This month there is a special 👻 SPOOKY SEASON 👻 addition: instead of ✓ or ✕ for like or dislike, it's 🎃 and 💀. Whatever the character has the most votes for shows up appended to their username on the network for the next month, as in, un: aurora 💀.

I don't know if it's a cure. But it's the most promise I've found.

[And bring him his latte Caitlyn does, complete with the bot's attempt to draw Jayce's face with foam on top, per her request. What's the point of bringing him coffee if she can't use it to tease him?

He might notice a fresh bruise on her cheek. She's been training with Carver.]

[He gestures toward her bruise as he takes the cup of coffee from her, and raises an unamused eyebrow at the crudely drawn face on his cup. He holds it up side-by-side to his own face.]

Is this what I look like to you?

I've been training, [is all she has to say about the bruise, her tone flat. She hopes he'll understand; she expects him to understand. After everything that's happened, she needs to be able to fight.

She takes a sip of her own latte. Not bad, if a little sweet for her taste.]

I think it's a perfect likeness.

Are they training you to block with your face?

[Is as much of an argument he'll put up, otherwise not finding it in him to complain more. He does make a face at the sweetness of the drink, though.]

What do you know about the word "nanomachines?"

[That particular phrase, 'block with your face,' causes her jaw to clench so hard her teeth ache. It's just a little too reminiscent of a split lip, a scuffed cheek, blood dripping from an injured nose, grey eyes that can't quite focus as Caitlyn leans over and presses a vial to blood-flecked lips—

She sets her latte aside, suddenly too sick to her stomach to want any more, and tries to set her mind to what else Jayce is saying, instead of...

Nanomachines? Would those be... small machines?

[Well, he knows he fucked up with something he said, but she's not saying what, and he's not sure if it's a sore enough subject he should chase it down.]

Yes, infinitesimally. The size of a single red blood cell, even. Incredibly difficult to manipulate, but if we combine it with magic, it'll be the closest we've gotten.

[His eyes flicker to her drink again.]
