Good day, fellow Etrayans.
Concerning Antigone's warning regarding our real names, it occurs to me that we would benefit from collaborating on this front.
To that end, I wish to open discussion.
For those who have chosen a name, please respond with what you have selected, that we may know what to call you.
For those who have not, you may use this posting to discuss your ideas or invite suggestions from others.

Good day to you, Vivi. I trust you're well?
[ He appears to be, at least. ]
no subject
[He says, fidgeting with his gloved hands and holding his hat in nervous habit a little as he approaches. At least Dion is willing to help. Even if that still feels like he should do something for the other in return. For the other, taking the time to help him with this.]

[ It may be the second time Dion has needed to assume a false name, but it didn't necessarily get easier. Over time it may grow more difficult, depending on the rules of certain worlds.
When Vivi draws near enough, Dion opens one of the library doors and steps aside, gesturing for the young mage to go first. ]
I'm certain we shall find something fitting.

[Because why not just name herself for the weapon she used to cut her hair short to try and disguise herself? Garnet had mostly just rolled with it, in keeping it simple like that, he supposes. Maybe Vivi is overthinking this. But names have meanings. He wants to get this right. To not be too obvious, it is an alias. But also to not give his actual name of Vivi. He joins Dion inside, glancing at the shelves and wondering where to start.]

[ Dion takes a brief glance around before pointing toward the fantasy section. Earth fantasy seemed rather more like the reality of their own worlds, so it strikes him as a fine place to start. ]
Shall we try that section first?
no subject
[Vivi nods, easily following the other over to the fantasy section to have a look. He figures that he may as well let the other take the lead if that is where he found his idea for a name. From reading a novel or some such. It's worth a try.]

Worlds like theirs, but not the same, might give them a good shot at that.
He halts once they've reached the first row of bookcases, which look as full as he expected. ]
Do any of these stand out to you?
no subject
[Vivi pauses at some point, gesturing with his staff to one just out of his smaller reach. It's a pretty generic fantasy series. He's just picked out one at random, really. Something about this sort of section, these sorts of stories remind him of home. Of the knights, like Steiner and Beatrix. It makes him feel nostalgic, almost.]
