GUYS!
[Michiho bursts onto the screen, except instead of her face there's...a very big moth whose wingspan takes up the majority of her face. You can still see her mouth though, grinning wide.]
Look! Look at this! There's so many new bugs now out of the labyrinth! Look, this is a Kona giant looper moth, they're extinct from Hawaii!
[She squeals and the moth flutters its wings a bit to go settle down on top of her head instead]
Isn't she gorgeous!? I swear I saw a Arthropleura around here too. If you see it, let me know right away! you can't miss it, it's an 8-foot long millipede! It's so cute, you'll want to give it a big ol' hug when you see it. They look super cuddly! [They do not. It's also probably not actually around, but Michiho can hope.
Despite her exuberance, she looks tired and there's still blood staining the front of her clothes and a little on the tips of her hair staining the silvery-white a rusted color.
There's also a giant centipede curling over her shoulder, which she pets fondly]
Has anyone found anything else cool? I've been seeing butterflies too and a few jewel beetles!
--Oh, I'm Michiho, by the way. I just realized I never posted to this network before. If anyone's having any issues with insects, let me know, I'll help you out!

Now though, he's cleaned and mostly rested so he can think on what he's see since escaping the maze. Marik's not super fond of insects but you don't live underground all your life in Egypt and not encounter or get used to them.]
... I saw some scarabs around the catacombs. I was a bit surprised to see them here.

oohh, scarabs?! Do you know what kind? There's over 35,000 species of Scarabaeidae worldwide, but then you can break them down even further from there!
They're sooo cute though, aren't they? The way they scuttle along... [She giggles, hands over her cheeks in pure delight]
Egypt revered them as sacred and most of them are rather nocturnal and prefer dark damp places, so I guess a catacomb isn't the most surprising place to see them... I hope they'll keep being okay in there...

[Marik's lips curl into a cocky little smirk. Prideful little bastard.]
And I'm well-aware of how my country reveres them.
[Or how they used to since his beliefs are a few hundred years old.]

Oh, you're from Egypt? That's so cool! I've never been, but it seems really beautiful. Then you know all about Egyptian scarabs! They're fat and round, I'd love to hug a human-sized one. They seem like they'd give good hugs.
[This is a totally normal thing to think about.]
But anyway, is that where you were before you came here? Egypt? This place might be a fair bit different... [She doesn't know Egypt except for like, the deserts, so would all the lush greenery everywhere be weird??]

[Eh. He's heard stranger. He is stranger.]
It is fairly different but I was in Japan for about a week before I woke up here so it's not all that unfamiliar to me.
