Chirper
Welcome to our bi-monthly CHIRPER post!
There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:
- Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
- When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya, or by other characters on behalf of their friends! This includes the Q&A section.
- Characters can either like or dislike others' CHIRPER profiles. These responses are public.
- This is voluntary on an OOC basis; if the character doesn't have a profile completed by themselves or anyone else, nothing shows up for them on CHIRPER.
- For those who do post a top level, profiles are worth 5 extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These 5 extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.
Please feel free to switch out any of the Q&A questions with those listed here!

Jonathan Crane | Dark Knight Trilogy
Q: What is your favorite Wikipedia article (so far)?
A: Chemical equilibrium. If the equilibrium of a system is disturbed by a change in one or more of the determining factors, the system tends to adjust to a new equilibrium by counteracting as far as possible the effect of the change. It makes me contemplate how we have adjusted to our situation.
Q: What is one winter or holiday tradition from home you'd like to bring to Etraya?
A: Christmas trees illuminated outdoors at night together with concerts and carolling. I suppose more than one answer is cheating but Christmas traditions all inform each other, right? Tis the season and all that?
Q: What important lesson have you learned during your time here?
A: Some people among us need to leave the past at home.
Q: How do you navigate disagreements or conflicts with other residents?
A: I simply conduct my business like an adult. I refuse to engage in drama.

Ghosts of Gotham past got you down, Crane?

How can they when I don't believe in ghosts? Though I suppose if by ghosts you mean rain, then yes. The constant damp does get me down.

We had some remnants of printed Encyclopédie, but it wasn't nearly so expansive, and not much survived past the Fracture.

Digital, yes. There was analogue but digital brought with it entirely new methods for measuring and recording. Though I guess I'm a stubborn person for enjoying the charm of antiquity.
In any case, you'll have to share what was kept in your records sometime.
