Welcome to our bi-monthly CHIRPER post!

There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:

• Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
• When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya, or by other characters on behalf of their friends! This includes the Q&A section.
• Characters can either like ✅ or dislike ❌ others' CHIRPER profiles. These responses are public.
• This is voluntary on an OOC basis; if the character doesn't have a profile completed by themselves or anyone else, nothing shows up for them on CHIRPER.
• For those who do post a top level, profiles are worth 5 extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These 5 extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.

Quick question before I answer- are you from a version of Earth, or from somewhere else?

If I am undertanding the word correctly...earth is simply the ground, no?
Unless you mean a city or country, in which case, I am unfamiliar.

Earth is the name of the world I'm from. It's also another word for ground!

Cheerleading is mostly when a group of girls put on cute outfits and dance around to encourage the crowd to cheer and shout for our basketball team. There's a leader, called a captain, who ends up being in charge of scheduling practices, and coming up with some of the routines, and a handful of other things. That was me.

And...it is for a sport, I take it?

That's the basic idea.
And yes. Sorry. Basketball is a sport that some people get really into. It's basically two teams of people that each try to put an orange ball in the opposite team's basket.

[If it seems like she's underselling it, well... she is. Because it's never going to be her favorite thing.]

I understand. This is different than baseball, which I have been told about a great deal of late.
I don't believe that one had a squadron of girls casting inspiration spells... But I could ask Junpei to be certain.

Okay, wow! The way you describe it makes it sound so much cooler than anything I could have come up with.

Does the world you've come here from have any sports?

Certainly. When children are not doing chores or helping with work, they often make up games and contests.
I am not sure of the rules, however. They seemed to change by the day...

We had plenty of games like that, too. Things like baseball and basketball were just always the ones that got more focus for whatever reason.

Junpei has spoken to me extensively about baseball in his world. It seems a common happening, especially in places with the wealth and wherewithal to have entire livelihoods and locations devoted to it.
Competition seems rather universal, no?

I don't think I've met Junpei yet. I'll have to keep an eye out for him.
You're right about that, I think.
Some people really love being competitive about pretty much everything.
