Welcome to our bi-monthly CHIRPER post!

There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:

• Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
• When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya, or by other characters on behalf of their friends! This includes the Q&A section.
• Characters can either like ✅ or dislike ❌ others' CHIRPER profiles. These responses are public.
• This is voluntary on an OOC basis; if the character doesn't have a profile completed by themselves or anyone else, nothing shows up for them on CHIRPER.
• For those who do post a top level, profiles are worth 5 extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These 5 extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.

That is because I have no memories of my life before my recovery two years ago. I have been given a handful of fair guesses, but my elvish heritage makes it tricky.

I cannot speak to beauty, but maybe having no memory is mysterious. It is a mystery to me, at least.

It's possible. Though, I do not have any scars or indentations that I can tell that would lead to that.
There are many scars upon my hands, and I have been told that seems to be proof of my reclamation, but I don't know if that is tied to my forgotten memories.

Sometimes I do hope to remember, but there have been times of late that I think it would be better I did not.
My opinion changes, now and then.
It is a little irresponsible of me, I suppose. Leaving it up to chance.

why do you think it'd be better if you didn't remember?

There is always a risk that the person I was may be unlike the person I wish to be.
But if that is the case, I should simply not rely on the past, no?
Still, the worry lingers. It could still change who I am if I were to learn about those lost things.
The further I drift from the moment I awoke, the more I am changing. It may become too great a chasm to cross safely.

your past doesn't define you! you can always change! so if you remember and the past you isn't someone you like just focus on the new you!

That seems the only true answer. I do hope I am a strong enough person to embrace the notion.
I think I will not know unless it happens.
So much of the past continues to define the world I come from and its people, but we have been working hard to change that.
