Chirper

CHIRPER

Welcome to our bi-monthly CHIRPER post!

There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:
  • Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
  • When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya, or by other characters on behalf of their friends! This includes the Q&A section.
  • Characters can either like ✅ or dislike ❌ others' CHIRPER profiles. These responses are public.
  • This is voluntary on an OOC basis; if the character doesn't have a profile completed by themselves or anyone else, nothing shows up for them on CHIRPER.
  • For those who do post a top level, profiles are worth 5 extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These 5 extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.
Please feel free to switch out any of the Q&A questions with those listed here!

Working theory is that he meant that he'd abandoned his flesh to become a creature of mind and spirit, or something similar.

We didn't ask. Or really care. And it didn't go well for him anyway...

And he didn't monologue before you killed him? That's unusual.

We'd kicked his ass once before, so all he managed was a strangled 'Yoooooou!' before we started in on his animate armor minions and he was too busy trying to stop our psion from ruining literally everything he was doing.

Sounds like a wild fight.

One of the better ones I've been in, I can safely say in retrospect and with the knowledge that we won it. Driving home the final blow on a being that threatened the world as a whole is a proud moment, for sure.

You must have more than a few battles to boast about, then.

I'd say I'd be a pretty terrible Justicar of the god of war if I hadn't, but if I hadn't, I wouldn't be a Justicar at all.

A god of war? Sounds destructive. In my world, that god is one of the Betrayers.

I was surprised to discover that War is a divine aspect usually found on the sides of evil, or at least neutrality, in the greater multiverse. For Skeldric, war is levied only against those who threaten the people or the world at large. Legitimately, like 'horde of undead', not some political bullshit about how this or that other country is a quote-unquote 'threat'.

I see. Where I come from, the followers of the Emperor of Strife, as we call him, seek to subjugate "lesser" people. His worship is banned in some places.

But I'm glad to hear yours is a different kind of god.

Yeah, that's just...

[All she can do is shake her head.]

Different, yes. Very different. Not kind or gentle, to be certain, but never vile.
