Welcome to our bi-monthly CHIRPER post!

There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:

Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya, or by other characters on behalf of their friends! This includes the Q&A section.
Characters can either like ✅ or dislike ❌ others' CHIRPER profiles. These responses are public.
This is voluntary on an OOC basis; if the character doesn't have a profile completed by themselves or anyone else, nothing shows up for them on CHIRPER.
For those who do post a top level, profiles are worth 5 extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These 5 extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.

Oh no I was...

You know what, nevermind.

It's okay, I don't really have a lot of dog knowledge either. We had a family dog but he died when I was still a kid.

Do you remember much of him?

Yeah, I remember he was pretty smart. He was one of those dogs that flunked out of police training because he was too friendly. Didn't want to bite a criminal just wanted to be friends.

A kind companion, then? It must've been nice.

Yeah, it was. I always figured I would get another dog when I got my own place, but I don't know if that'll happen now.

With being here, yes. If your tenure here is not long, perhaps you can achieve that dream.

Yeah, maybe. There's a lot still going on back home, too though. Even without all of this.

I understand, in a way. My understanding is that our sense of time here is disconnected to where we've come from, so it is likely those happenings will not proceed without you. For better or for worse.

That's... it's honestly a relief, as weird as the whole thing is. Back in my world my friend Leon and I were with a little girl, Sherry. We're both here now, so she would be alone.

I pray she not feel any sense of absence whatsoever, if that is so.

Me too. She's already been let down enough by other adults in her life.

All the better that you are as you are. And perhaps all the more reason you are here at all... We are allegedly here to represent the best of a world, no?

Yeah, I don't know about all that. I'm sure there were better choices.

Perhaps, or perhaps not. It seems we are not privy to much of the detail, so there is only too much space to guess... Which is why I was advised to find a hobby instead.

Oh yeah? What kinda hobby?

Learning an instrument was suggested. Reading, as well. I've yet to really decide. Have you any yourself that you take to?

I'm in college, so not a whole lot of down time for hobbies, but I liked riding my motorcycle on back roads when I could. Reading is good, too.

Is a motorcycle an animal mount or a vehicle?

It's a vehicle. Like... do you know what a bicycle is? It's like that, but motorized.

I understand now, thank you. I've been shown pieces of media with those sorts, but Junpei called them cars.

Oh no... it's not a car. It only has two wheels, and it's got handlebars.

I apologize, I misunderstood.

It's okay! They're both driven on roads, but the mechanics around them are different, and you need a different license. The skills overlap but don't totally translate from one to the other.

It seems rather complicated, speaking as someone ignorant. I hope it's not strange to seem impressed.

I'm still not totally convinced you know what I'm talking about, but that's okay. I think all the magic stuff you were talking about earlier is impressive, that's definitely not something that exists in my world.
