Hello, my name is Victoria Dallon. Antares when flying around trying to solve more problem than I might cause.

I've noticed that there is a relatively high population of capes around, or "superheroes" if you want to make extra sure your allegiances are clear. Supervillains too, I would assume? Whatever, I don't think anyone's that stupid to be trying to make something of villainous takeover.

At any rate, I've noticed that this place isn't really high on crime, and that every now and then we're going to be tested in one way or another. For that reason, I was wondering if people would be interested in making something of a support/tutelage group for capes? I was in something along those lines back home, and it helped me a great deal. We're lacking an actual cape therapist here, but I think we could still arrange drills and excersises to keep our powers and dynamics honed. And a space to talk about freely, too, because sometimes you just need someone that can listen and undertand, right?

I'm particularly interested in those that are either underage or whereabouts, since the older ones are most likely more experienced and don't really need this kind of thing as much.

So yeah, let me know if you would be interested in doing something of a little meet and greet to see if there's enough interest to get a group going.

If anything it will help us more active types to not go totally insane, I'd think.

My world does not have "capes" or "superheroes", but I assume if you train, there may be injuries.

In such a case, you may call on me for healing if you wish.

That would be useful.

What kind of healing you provide? I've seen a few different types.

If the injury is not grievous, I can mend it instantly. It only requires use of energy, of which I have a great deal, so there is no significant "cost" to me, if that concerns you.

[ Others had hesitated to somehow tax him until he explained this, so he is prompt with the disclosure. ]

So you use "energy" to make wounds heal faster.

Yeah, I guess we can work with that, although my goal is to minimize anything over scrapes.

Yes. My kind are composed of elemental energy, which we draw upon. I can strengthen others or weaken enemies temporarily as well.

Admittedly I do not know what sort of training your people would engage in. Skyfarers are my only frame of reference.

Sounds hard to imagine.

Mainly "games" and the like to use powers in a somewhat safe and creative way, promote teamwork and look for synergies. Anything to make people (specially the young) more prepared to face whatever this place throws at them.

I've yet to meet others like me here, so that isn't surprising.

Team-building then? It sounds more practical than the foray through that labyrinth was.

Well, "sandalphon" is the name of an archangel in one of the main religions of my world, so I wonder how closely you fit the description.

Yeah, basically. I wasn't there for the labyrinth, but I would feel better if people had tools for whatever comes next.

My name as well? I remember Asuka called Lucifer "Satan", is that related? Archangel is one word for what I am, and the one people most commonly recognize, even in my own realm... Yet Lucifer and Satan are wholly separate beings where I come from.

You were spared a banal and fruitless endeavor then. It is for the better. Some struggled, so preparation does seem necessary. What of those who aren't "capes"?

I'm not the most religious person ever, but I seem to recall that technically "Satan" was an evil spirit in some stories and Lucifer was the fallen angel that tried to take over Heaven, so God banished him to Hell.

I could have helped others, but I guess there's no point on dwelling on that. And I don't really know? It's not that I wouldn't want to help them, but it might be too big of a challenge for me, even with help. It's something to consider, though.

So the names are the same, but nothing more... In my world, Lucifer presided over evolution and loved our world deeply, devoting his existence to its protection. I've known no other being as beneficent as him. Since his death, I have inherited his role.

[ He wonders whether there are countless variations out there with the same name yet no relation, but there's no way of knowing. ]

Their needs are too different, I suspect. Though I want to be of assistance, I recognize I differ greatly from mortals as well. I'd lived among them for a time, so I have some understanding, but observation and experience aren't the same.

Well, in religion he was supposed to be the angel closest to God before falling, but yeah, that's about it.

Back home the best we could do was make sure the bad elements of society didn't cause too much damage. Most followed some ground rules though, so regular people were mostly safe. Mostly.

I see. I don't believe it was possible for him to be acquainted with Bahamut, in my world.

Mostly. Now that you mention it, I've heard nothing regarding this world's laws, yet it has been peaceful so far.

[etiological]

Never heard of Bahamut. This particular religion's name for God is...God. Yeah, I know.

There's always bad elements, specially among those committing crimes. Those that break the rules get outed very quickly though, because not even the villains want things to escalate. Everyone likes being alive.

So far I can't even tell in what country we are, who's the government in charge, anything.

I suppose some primals names are literal, but even their Creator? Strange.

So far as I've seen, Echo is the face of leadership here. Beyond that, there's little sense of structure. If people are well-intentioned, that may not pose a problem, but as you said, there are always bad elements.

[etiological]

Something about it being so beyond our comprehension that naming "Him" is impossible. You would need to ask someone with more information.

I get the feeling we're isolated from the outside world too, perhaps even literally. Not sure how well I can sleep not knowing that the literal fate of entire universes might be resting on...whatever this is.

I think this is sufficient to understand why people were dirtying Lucifer's good name. I'd wondered for some time now.

[ Curse those other Lucifers that are clearly not the Real One and inferior. No bias. ]

There is a barrier around this place, so you're correct in that regard at least. It's most likely to retain our air supply, but even so... I agree it's disconcerting. If we truly represent our homes, I can think of more suitable candidates than myself, unless I was chosen for power alone.

I suspect they don't choose who they bring, based on personal experience.

Too soon to say, but maybe everyone here is significant in one way or another. Or so I'd assume, since bringing a random passerby to save their world would be cruel.

[ She'll find out eventually. ]

It would, with the fate of our worlds at stake... So they say.

[ He'll grant that this too is merely what they've been told. ]

Yeah, that's also difficult to believe.

I've battled an enemy that was attempting to destroy my world from within, but this is another matter.

[etiological]

Same, kind of? But my enemy if sorts managed to decimate several versions of my world before we took him down.

The idea that regardless everything is dying...that's hard to stomach.

I can't imagine how terrible this must be, after something like that.
