[So someone had no kind words for Aurora, though he managed not to fight her physically. But he'd ranted and raved and shouted so many questions, and that didn't stop her from dissipating into nothing and completely failing to explain anything about this place to him.

Now he's cooled off a little and he's regretting not shutting the hell up earlier, because probably the thing he hates the worst is asking for help. And nothing is gonna stop him from knowing that that's what he's doing, no matter how he phrases it.]

That damn hologram was totally worthless.

I need my uniform.

[ Holy shit, as All Might would say.

Recently operating in a secret team-up with some top Heroes has Izuku playing it safe. He wouldn't want to reveal his or his friend's location right away. This is the furthest thing from a secure network. He can't count on him to know that. Izuku didn't stay to carefully listen to the hologram either and had to get his briefing peacemeal later.

His heart hammers in his chest. ]

[ There's Izuku floating above the city center, proof positive it's him and no one else. He still has Gran Torino's tattered cape, but his Hero costume and gear have been replaced with slightly altered designs. The stripes on his jumpsuit are light now, his leg bracers are more streamlined, and he has new gloves and red arm bracers thanks to Hatsume's rush job. His unruly hair is still scraggly and in need of a trim since Jakuu. ]

[The username is what catches his eye first, makes him actually pay attention when the person tells him to look outside. Not that he ever intends to do what that nerd tells him to do, but it's frankly kind of a relief to see anything familiar, even when it's Deku. So he heads over to the window to the outside and sees what looks like a tiny figure floating over the city.

It's green. From head to toe, with red here and there, and yeah, that's Deku alright. Izuku. It's going to take some time to stop thinking of him as Deku, especially since the dumbass chose it for his hero name.

Pushing the window the rest of the way open, Katsuki slips out and rubs his palms together before slipping off the edge and shooting himself towards Dek...Izuku. It takes a few hits of his quirk, but after a moment, he's floating right in front of the other boy, staring him down with a sort of neutral expression on his face.]

Izuku. What the hell are you doing here?

Izuku is relieved Katsuki took the time to look at the username. Sure Katsuki can be difficult, but he buckles down when he needs to. Izuku wouldn't call him a great Hero for nothing.

Danger Sense doesn't pick up anything. It's not some sort of trick; it's really him. Izuku feels rather like he did in Kamino square when he looked up and saw him and the rest of Class A appear out of nowhere. He just stares at him.

"Ka... cchan..."

What the hell are they doing here, is the question everyone asks themselves. Izuku has shadows under his eyes like he hasn't been sleeping well. It only just crosses Izuku's mind that Katsuki may have seen him very recently back home and is speaking to him as routine.

"I don't know," he forces himself to report. "I've been here 2 months with no way home and no contact."

Tears fill his eyes. It's hard to breathe. Everything that happened between them after Jakuu and the uncertainty Izuku now faces stranded in a new world overwhelms him. Of course Izuku would carry hope and work hard against a terrible future where his world would be destroyed, but there was always the possibility he would never see anyone he knew again. The shy boy who started with no friends treasures them greatly. He didn't realize how much he came to rely on them until they were cut off.

Izuku doesn't have a plan when he lurches forward. He only thinks that he should, and that he wants to, despite Katsuki not being the hugging sort and Izuku being habitually respectful of people's space. If he can clutch him, that makes him real.

In a practical sense, it makes sense not to make Katsuki keep using his explosions and let Float lower them both to the ground. Practicality is the last thing on Izuku's mind.

Somehow, it's weirder to see someone so familiar in a place that's so foreign and unfamiliar. If it were just Katsuki by himself, or if it were the whole of class 1-A, he could imagine it was some kind of test or mission and maybe it wouldn't be so weird. But here he is, and it's just him and Izuku and Izuku calling him Kacchan in a broken voice. The other boy looks like he hasn't slept in a few days, with dark smudges under his eyes and Katsuki finds himself wondering just what this place is like if Izuku looks like this. Ragged and tired and worn down. No one's been making him sleep. Has anyone been cooking for him?

Katsuki listens quietly, eyes widening a little as Izuku says he's been here 2 months with no way home and no contact.

"But I saw you about an hour ago." he says, his raspy voice low still, not breaking into a shout despite how confused and off his guard he's feeling. Even Katsuki has the awareness to know when it's best to be rational and logical instead of flying off the handle the way he so desperately wants to. Wants to go blow up the bubble barrier he can see, figure out how to get home. They have important crap going on back there, after all!

And he's about to continue questioning when Izuku's big eyes fill with tears and his breath hitches and he's suddenly lurching forward to put his arms around Katsuki and...hug him?

Katsuki can't remember the last time Izuku had tried to hug him. Usually the other boy wouldn't dare, because Katsuki isn't the type you just go around hugging. Everyone knows better! But then again, Izuku has never really known better when it came to Katsuki. This is no exception. Katsuki is so caught off-guard that he doesn't recoil at first, just goes stiff while Izuku clutches at him, doesn't respond right away. It takes a moment, during which he can feel the heat of Izuku's body right up against his own, solid and real, and he's pretty sure shaking slightly.

After that moment, Katsuki is shifting, squirming and pushing at Izuku, "Hey, what gives!" he says loudly, shaking his head, "Are you being serious with me? 2 months?"

If you can't find your uniform in the stores or one of the buildings, you'll probably have to trade participation points the next time she gives us a "mission."
