We have just received notice that an assailant known as the Reverse Flash has been identified among the new arrivals. He is a metahuman imbued with the ability to tap into the Speed Force, which allows him to move, run, think, and react at a speed that may violate most of your world's laws of physics.

He is to be considered highly dangerous and capable of grave harm.
If you must approach him, do so with great caution.

You might want to add the caveat that it's when he acts against anyone who isn't me. He's really fond of pulling my pigtails. You'd be super busy if you included me in that group.

In all honesty, he's not very funny.

He's my problem. I'm not sure what Oracle or anyone on the Oracle team intends to achieve with this message other than seeing who wants to try and poke the Reverse Flash.

If you don't poke him, he generally trips over his feet to get attention, and usually from me—which I'm used to. Going after him gives him what he wants.

He's a problem. Potentially. No one's going to poke him — [ hopefully ] — Or go after him.

My concern is not so much that he is capable of hurting someone. Everyone here is. My concern is will he? Whether it's you or someone else, it still counts.

Not unless it benefits him in some way.

I can't exactly promise he's not going to do that.

There's a good chance he knows about you and your weaknesses. I don't know how often you hear this, but I figure it's worth saying: be careful. Reverse Flash can be vindictive.

But he's also alone here, and he knows it. I don't think he'll do anything to risk pushing me away.

Are all Supers this confident? I met someone like you who believed she not only had great taste in ice cream but could beat me in an ice cream eating contest. She won neither of those competitions.

I have a feeling you and I might have to disagree on what makes a "good story". He's just a guy who's less cool than me. There's nothing more to it than him wanting to be on my level.

And I'd prefer it if a lot of people didn't feel the need to go poke him to see just how cool he is.

I do not know how to feel that you did not deny him as your boyfriend. I thought he was an enemy, is that not the point of this warning in the first place?

What was the point of the warning, if there was no danger or threat? It does make Barry's insistences a little... suspect to her, if se's honest.]
