Hello,

My name is Jayce Talis. I’ve noticed there’s a few buildings here that seem to be laboratories. If any have availability to lend a room or two, I have research and device development I would like to work on. Ideally if there’s any access to a forge of some sort, that would be preferred, but not required. I have a personal reference if necessary to demonstrate good character.

Of course. I'll need the lab part secured first. I don't think Caitlyn would appreciate me allowing her house to become my playground.

But you're not crazy for thinking about taking over an empty building. [He's been skimming the messages here, what of it.] There's a lot of those around, just rotting away. Might as well get some use out of one of them.

If none of the places I've been offered work out, I'll resort to that. Of the ones out there right now, which would you say is the least... explosive-prone?

There's a big circular building called S.T.A.R. Labs to the west of the hospital. From what I've seen of it, it seems pretty reinforced. I don't know if anyone's using it.

If you're concerned about magical explosions and you can't find a building that could contain that kind of shit I've got a lot of points I'm not using.

I've been "asked" to find a second lab, for someone who has a casual relationship with safety protocol.

I guess. But unless you've already got high-end tastes, the basic apartment building that's offered for everyone is just fine.

Oh. If they don't give a shit about safety, keep them away from that place. There's a namesake to my ability there, and if someone who doesn't have a background in particle physics fucks around with it they could destroy everything within the barrier.
