Being that it's a, uh, re-introduction. ~~Peter Parker~~ Spider-Man has already confirmed he'd vanished for months — which is totally crazy, because he feels like he hasn't been gone all that long — but here he is! In all of his 'confused but has spirit' energy that had gotten him through his time in Etraya before.]

... Swinging around doesn't pay rent, y'know.

[He's perched on his tippy-toes, on top of one of the tallest buildings in Etraya.

Are you kidding me? We built fun stuff for a mission, after they booted me out? [HE SOUNDS SO PUT-OUT. But that's only fair, when your bread and butter is building things; sure, he never did much with cars, but that doesn't mean he can't tinker and learn!]

Man, they just knew I'd do a great job...

Hang on. What makes you think I'd get into trouble? I'm a model citizen.

You like building stuff?

[His tone is interested, not incredulous. He could believe a guy who spins spiderwebs out of nowhere might like building stuff.

But then, sarcasm:]

Right, that's gotta be it.

[He arches a brow at the spider guy.]

Yeah, a model citizen who goes around attacking people over stuffed animals, breaking curfew, and getting himself half-captured by robots.

Are there people out there who don't like building stuff?

[C'mon! Creativity is fun! Science is cool, especially!]

... And for the record, all of those things were done in an attempt to help the people involved. Those stuffed animals were bad news.

Lots of 'em. I'm not one of 'em, though.

[Science is not cool, but building cars is.]

Don't I know it. Still qualifies as getting yourself in trouble, though.
