There are a few ways characters can interact with this:
Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional.
When forms are not filled out, they are filled out by the companion bots of Etraya! This means that while the character themself is not choosing to play with CHIRPER, their player still can.
Other characters can be prompted to fill out their friends' profiles for them.
Alternatively, they choose not to fill out the form, and it remains unfilled!
This is just a fun little way of expanding CR. For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER toplevels are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.
Once characters' profiles are up, other characters will be given the option of giving them a "like" or a "dislike" (using ✓ and ✕ symbols in the subject line of the comment) but they can also provide an answer as to why they gave that answer! Or just respond to the contents of their profile, +1ing the fact that if Barnabas were to get laid more often, maybe he would be less of a sourpuss.

Hello. My name is Aurora. My duty is to oversee your comfort and the daily workings of Etraya, as well as provide information for upcoming missions.
Bloodshed, brooding, the opposite of jokes, animals, being disappointed
Hi, I'm Barnabas, but you can call me Barney or "the King" if I'm staring you down. I like sitting alone in my castle in the dark like a moldering coat. Maybe I wouldn't be so fucking humorless if I got laid a little more often. Don't drink, don't smoke, don't dance, but have a big dick. Will travel.
And you have joined. To what end does this serve you?
[He is certain that no one else is sweet on him. He doesn't even think the actual culprit is. Whatever is going on with them is...far more complicated than that.]
Alas, I'm the only man of Faerghus who remains in this place. But yes, I do appreciate strength and resolve. I'd ask who doesn't but one man's tenacity is another's obstinance.
I do not seek fun, it is a pointless pursuit. However, well am I aware such is an unsatisfactory answer. I am partial to combat, sailing, and the taming of beasts.
All. I am trained in various forms of martial arts, and though I favor my blade and spear they do not serve as a crutch.
"Fun" is ephemeral and fleeting, it serves little else beyond feeding the delusion of gratification. Where one believes it assuages the weight of existence. Time is better spent elsewhere.

The lack of emphasis on the royal angle. Come now, we can do better.
[ This is now a collaboration, sort of. ]
In fact, where I hail from, you'd find many a fancier for a brooding stoic who can decimate a battalion or three.

But what I said is the truth. My people do indeed think quite highly of those traits.

With any luck, this just might work, Barney. Got any house calls yet?

You did this.

Why do you consider it pointless? And what type of combat are you willing to entertain?

Have you been feeling well, Barnabas?
Voice
It was not I who posted this fiction.

Haha, either way he has quite the way with words, ja?
Makes you wonder how others really see you at times.
