How do you get blood stains out of clothing?

Plenty of ways to get blood out. Any of that will work. Depends more on what you're getting blood out of. If it's dry, fresh, what color the fabric is.

It's a jean jacket. Sort of medium-coloured. I don't want whatever I use fucking up the dye or the material.

You mean denim? Do NOT use peroxide if you care about the dye.
Salt paste or soap and a cold water soak are the best bet in that case.

That's it? That seems depressingly simple.

Oil is way more annoying than blood to get out. Even chocolate is. But blood? It's just another liquid.

How do you get chocolate stains out of clothing?
[That seems like something he should be prepared for, given Laura is eleven and all eleven year olds are gremlins who love sugar.]

[ Huh? Ugh. Okay. ]
You have to scrape any chocolate that got on it off first, then treat it with baking soda. Let it sit for a good while before washing it. Cold water only.
White vinegar works for stuff that's been in longer.

[He's taking notes, anyways. This is very important parental information.]
Baking soda and white vinegar. Okay, got it.

If you and the kid end up needing anything else, message me. I don't mind running a few errands for her.

[Just, y'know, checking.]

Pulled her out of the riot on the train. Made me try pancakes later on....
Maybe convince her to mix up what she's eating. Pancakes seemed to be her big thing at the time.

[He was stuck in the middle of the riot, he knows how bad it got.]
I make her eat her vegetables. There's a lot of prepackaged shit at the convenience store.

That crap? I don't know. I don't usually trust anything with that much green in it.
[ What the hell is broccoli, anyway? Like, really? ]
