q: How do you adapt when things don’t go according to plan during a mission?
a: Pause, take a long breath, and assess what new routes have opened after a plan has been interrupted. Just because things do not go as expected, does not mean that we must stop.
q: What do you miss most about your home world?
a: My friends - my family.
q: How do you support or encourage others during difficult times?
a: Many simply need someone to listen to their troubles. If not their troubles, then just be a presence for them. Things are less difficult when you know you have someone with you. Plans and next steps will come with time, but knowing you are not alone must come first.
q: Can you tell us about a friend
—or an adversary—you’ve made in Etraya?a: There's a young man named Riz here, he is smaller in stature than most I have met, but his heart and his intelligence are greater than many others'. An old mission had us refer to each other as family and admittedly I have not shaken the familial feelings yet.
q: Do you have any personal traditions or hobbies that help you feel more at home?
a: I have treated many places as home - as my homes over the years have changed many times. I try to start a garden or keep a small collection of plants to care for wherever I end up. It helps remind me that my powers are not wholly destructive. Storms are destructive, but their rains bring life, too.

and yeah, I think I will. a while back we had these eggs that had animals hatch out of them if you took care of them. I ended up with a pet rat who enjoys doing tricks so I can assure you, I'm enjoying that ice cream with a pretty good friend.
